The C and D keys for the left thumb should be closed by the B key. The crook key should be closed by the E key (right thumb).
The C and D keys for the left thumb should be closed by the B key. The crook key should be closed by the E key (right thumb).
The D key for the left thumb should be closed by the C key. The crook key should be closed by the E key (right thumb).
The D key for the left thumb should be closed by the C key. The crook key should be closed by the E key (right thumb).
